What is the Enrich 31-Day Challenge?

The Enrich 31-day Challenge starts by you deciding on your own physical challenge that you would like to accomplish during the 31-day period which is covered by the challenge.

It can be whatever you want it to be.

You can challenge yourself to achieve 10,000 steps every day for 31-days, or swim 10 lengths everyday, or do a 20-30 minute workout three times per week, or work towards running your first 10k.

Whatever it is – it is your challenge. It starts with your current fitness level, but it will elevate it as you progress through your challenge. It is something that you want to achieve for yourself.
