1:1 Coaching is a process that supports individuals in achieving their personal or professional goals through guidance, feedback, and encouragement.

1:1 coaching allows me to give you personalised attention and customised strategies will be developed based on your specific goals.

The sessions are goal based. Through thoughtful discussion and questioning, I will work with you to establish what is important to you. We will focus on what you want to achieve and what changes you need to make to achieve your goals.

Session by session, together we will decide on small, manageable actions that over time move you towards your goals. All the time being mindful to ensure that the changes are not overwhelming or unsustainable.

My Coaching style differs from many coaches. I will bring you research based information on personal development concepts which will be relevant to your goals.
