How do they work?

These programs are completely bespoke to each organisation or company I work with. You can choose to have all of your employees or a smaller group working together on a common challenge over a set period of time similar to the Enrich 31-day challenge, or use group or 1:1 coaching sessions to work on specific areas of personal or professional development.

The choice is yours.

What has been done with other organisations?

31-Day Challenge :

We have worked with whole teams on 31-day challenges. Each member of the team set their own physical challenge which they wanted to achieve during the 31-days covered by the challenge. A launch event is held to introduce the challenge, either at the organisation’s premises, or on video conferencing.

Each member of the team received a daily email with support and encouragement, some ‘brain nourishment’ on personal development subjects, a mindfulness exercise and healthy eating recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the members became part of a private Facebook group where they provided each other with support, encouragement and celebrated each other’s achievements.

A celebration event giving a round up of the 31-days achievements was held.

Variations which could be applied to this model:

  • The length of time over which the challenge is run can be altered to suit the requirements of the organisation.
  • Weekly events can be held to celebrate weekly achievements
  • The challenge could be a professional challenge related to individual organsation’s current agenda

Group Coaching:

The organisation has chosen a group of their employees to receive group coaching sessions on a subject of their choice. The group received 6 weekly coaching sessions with the group receiving face to face or video conferenced coaching and deciding on joint and individual action plans to work on during the following week, reporting back on their progress during the feedback coaching session.

A launch event is held, and a celebration event is held at the end, in which the employees present their achievements to their leadership team.

1:1 Coaching:

Individual members of the team can be selected to receive 1:1 Coaching. This coaching can be general personal development coaching, or more specific professional development coaching, depending on the requirements of leadership, or the needs of the individual. The coaching can be held over a number of weeks agreed in advance between the coach and leadership. A report agreed between the coach and the individual can be provided to leadership providing them with the outcome of the coaching program.
