As a clinician and life coach, journaling is an intervention I use to help the broken and wounded. Journaling is a mindful practice first and foremost. The process also allows our unconscious to bring to light what we need to recognize. Below you will find a variety of prompts for Chakra Healing as well as self-discovery.

This is a method I use for my own healing and grounding. I do not recommend methods that I have not practiced myself.
